i know you don't remember me but there is not a day that goes by that i do not think of you or see your face frozen in time like a video i watch on repeat

there is not a day that goes by that i don't remember how the static of the world went silent the first time i saw you or how the rains that drowned my thoughts froze the first time i held you not a day i don't wonder if your eyes are still full of life or if life has dulled them down like an old picture

not a day that i don't wish for time because time is what we have lost in the finite moment that we are here in this place we had just a blink of time yet still i knew that i would never forget as i punished myself and welcomed the dark i knew i would remember and you never would and even though the static has gotten louder and i have cried so many tears that i forgot how live without them

but knowing this i would do it again i would live our moment again because it reminded me of the beauty this world could hold even in the dark
